• Prepare shipping documents, proof of delivery, bill of lading.
• Prepare sheets / labels for pick-ups by parcel carriers.
• Coordinate shipments with factory and office staff.

ERP system:

• Use the ERP system to track and close shipped orders.
• Ensure all documents are created, correct and printed for all shipments.
• Monitor expected date of shipment to ensure that shipments on time delivery.

International Shipping:

• Prepare export documents such as bill of lading, certificate of origin, customs broker information.
• Ensure good communication and required follow-ups in shipments.

Carriers:

• Plan the requirements and schedules of carriers.
• Resource person for the planning and coordination of transport.
• Coordinate inter-company shipments.

Clerical:

• File proof of delivery and all other documents related to the customer deliveries.
• Answer phone calls related to shipping and transportation.
• Other tasks as per required.
