Title: Developer - Sr. ASP .NET Developer
Description:
Sr. ASP. Net Developer
We are looking for a talented and highly effective Sr. ASP. Net Developer to join our development and support team. We are currently supporting, enhancing and maintaining the statewide SNAP/TANF Eligibility Determination and ancillary application registration system.
The enhancements include use of latest technologies as needed to interface/integrate with other systems on different platforms and automation of current processes.
Required Skills Experience:
Technical Skill Set -- Requirement :
Experience in Software Development and analysis; design and development of applications primarily using ASP. NET --10 Years
Experience with MVC Frameworks 5.0/4.0 and implementing controller actions and Views, Partial Views, Areas, Sections; Strongly Typed Views and View Models with State Management, Security, caching features and configuring optimizations --10 Years
Experience with automated eligibility determination systems --4 Years
Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architectures --3 Years
Business Skill Set/Requirements --Requirement
Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to the systems and processes ---3 Years
Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes ---3 Year
Experience training end users on software ---3 Year
Technical/Business Skill Set ---Requirement
Knowledge of SNAP and TANF eligibility and econonomic assistance policies and procedures, and current client mandates as implemented or similar to those in the client eligibility determination system. ---2 Year
Experience interpreting, designing and implementing federal and state mandates using Webservices, Microservices, SOAP & Restful WCF & Web API for systems such as Client Application Registration systems (CARS) --2 Year
Preferred/Not Required
Examples:
Previous supervisory experience, WebLoqk experience helpful, etc.
Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
Strong oral and written communication, and time management skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently but effectively with a team to accomplish team projects and solve technical problems.
Ability to conceive and/or develop creative solutions and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with SCRUM /Iteration methodologies.
Experience with Jim Software.
Ability to work on many projects at one time.
Experience convening out dated technologies to new cutting edge technologies.

8am-5pm 40hrs/week
