Are you ready to shift into the next gear of your career? As a Quality Systems Coordinator within Inalfa you are in the driver’s seat for creating annual audit programs, providing quality system training to all Inalfa employees, and creating procedures/ instructions realted to QMS.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
- Maintain updated the Inalfa Quality System, confirm a correct linkage between IATF16949:2016, customer specific requirements and Inalfa policies and procedures.
- Create the annual internal / external audit program for Inalfa AHA.
- Lead / conduct IATF16949:2016 internal quality systems audits, Product safety audits, FORD Q1 Self-assessment and Annual Management review.
- Lead external certification audits of the Auburn Hills NA HQ / Tech Center and Manufacturing plant and track all actions to closure major and minor nonconformities.
- Ensure the standardization of common processes, policies, and procedures across all NA IRS facilities together with Quality Managers and QMS coordinators.
- Create procedures, work instructions related to the QMS.
- Provide training to new or current Inalfa employees related to the Inalfa quality system, including LPAs, 5s, IATF, customer specific requirements, 1st part check sheet, nonconforming material, Startup check sheet, QRCM.
- Maintain all the Quality system updated and under control (control plan, PFMEA, Work instructions, records, procedures, Policies).
- Provide coaching and assistance to the Business Functions and Manufacturing Facilities in their efforts to achieve/maintain IATF16949:2016 3rd party certification and improve business processes.
- Maintain a pool of trained and skilled internal auditors.
- Create and maintain the LPA Audit schedule for the manufacturing plant, review and maintain the questionaries in a regular basis.
- Create requisitions to cover the cost related to external audits and training related to Quality System.
- Coordinate the Management Review at a minimum of Once per Year.
- Participate and provide support during customer external process audits.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field and / or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Certified IATF16949:2016 and VDA Auditor preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of AIAG requirements for FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, CP, process flow diagrams and process maps.
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving, leadership, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize projects as well as associated timing of same
- Proficient with Microsoft software
