Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will provide oversight and accountability to multilateral, multidisciplinary teams contributing to the development, construction, and operation of anaerobic digester-based facilities across the Midwest. These facilities process agricultural waste to produce value-added commodities such as renewable natural gas, clean water, fertilizers, and animal bedding. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of project development, construction coordination, and facility commissioning, ensuring high-quality project completion both on schedule and on budget.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, process engineering, organizational development, or another applicable discipline in the fields of management or engineering, OR minimum 5 years direct experience in construction management and/or project management.
• Familiarity with anaerobic digestion, biogas production, RNG technologies, landfill gas utilization, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Experience managing diverse teams and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments, with some overnight travel required.
• Integrity, adaptability, self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

The role requires standing, kneeling, sitting, walking, fine motor skills, extended reach of arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling. Regular senses of smell, hearing, and sight are required. The capacity to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds is required. Work primarily takes place in an office environment, but outdoor work in various weather conditions and industrial spaces may be required, including exposure to high noise, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, hot/cold surfaces, high vibrations, confined spaces, elevated working surfaces, and animal manure.

Compensation

Salary is paid bi-weekly and will be commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include participation in company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, retirement savings program, paid personal time off, holidays, and equal opportunity employment.
