Note: This is a Full-time Role

Responsibilities o Senior Production Support Database Engineers Key Technical Skills:

• SQL Server Management Studio Mandatory
• Good T-SQL coder/developer skills - Mandatory
• Command line - Good to have
• Powershell - Good to have

NewRelic - Good to have Key Soft Skills:

• Pattern Recognition
  • Pattern recognition is a data analysis method that uses machine learning algorithms to automatically recognize patterns and regularities in data. This data can be anything from text and images to sounds or other definable qualities.
• Being Proactive
• Being Curious
• Being Resourceful
  • Resourcefulness is defined as the ability and creativity to cope with difficult situations, or unusual problems. It is about problem-solving and getting things done in the face of obstacles and constraints.
• THINKING skills
• TROUBLESHOOTING skills
• A "systems" view of things (maybe comparing a mechanic to a driver)

Patience o Patience (or forbearance) is the ability to endure difficult circumstances. Patience may involve perseverance in the face of delay; tolerance of provocation without responding with disrespect or anger; forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/ Master's in computer science or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication is a must.
