Job Responsibilities:

• Instruct in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Must be able to use a stylus and a tablet for instruction
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Be available to attend staff meetings approximately once every 4-6 weeks

Qualifications:

• Teaching experience preferred with elementary school kids
• Passion for math and working with students
• Provide your availability three months out
• Willing to develop excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency in elementary education
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
• You must be available to work a minimum of 6-10 hours spread across at least two shifts during the week and weekend day starting at 4pm.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained - You will need to complete 15-20 hours of training within one (1) month of hire
