Job Summary:
At Hulu, we are seeking a dynamic Ad Ops Manager to join our Growth, Engagement and Retention team! In this role, you will lead trafficking campaigns end-to-end, conduct extensive QA, and resolve reporting discrepancies. This role supports numerous high-profile campaigns and requires outstanding organizational skills. What you'll do:
- Work with internal and external partners to build and distribute first-party data and target audiences
- Troubleshoot and work with audience support teams to resolve implementation issues - attention to detail
- Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure accurate measurement of key media performance indicators
- Document all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners, paid media, and creative teams to tag, wrap, and traffic campaign assets.
- Facilitate relationships with programmatic campaign point of contacts
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies or other issues across Campaign Manager 360 and demand site platforms.
- Assist MarTech with pixel implementation
- Assist in the evaluation of media partners and new marketing technology vendors
What to bring:
- 3+ years experience working in ad operations, experience in entertainment a plus
- Experience working across Google tech stack (Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, CM360), Google Analytics)
- Basic familiarity with JS, HTML, SQL
- Exposure to Datorama, Sprinklr, Salesforce DMP (Krux), AppsFlyer, Tealium (or similar tag management tools), Liveramp CDP, DoubleVerify, Facebook, Snap, Twitter, Pinterest, Adelphic, The Trade Desk, YouTube
- Understanding of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and their impact on media buying
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be very organized and pay special attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to set goals, meet timelines while balancing multiple assignments
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $77,100.00 to $103,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
