Job description

The HR manager will cultivate a culture that assists Milos in becoming the best hospitality company to work for. Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead and drive employee engagement in a diverse and constantly changing environment. Requirements and skills: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a Leadership level position. Human Resources hospitality operation experience is required. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Experience in educating and coaching staff. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations and termination procedures. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organization skills, Ability to multi-task People oriented and results driven Multicultural awareness and able to work with communities and people from diverse backgrounds Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills Establishing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
