Job Title: Drywall Estimator/Project Manager
Team/Department: Construction
Location: Austin, TX (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000

***Must come from a Drywall Subcontractor or a GC that self-performs Drywall***

We are one of the best commercial wall and ceiling subcontractors in the nation. This begins at preconstruction and goes all the way through the completion of a project!

What You Will Be Doing

- Planning and management of estimating activities for specific construction projects, including preparation, interpretation and presentation of estimates
- Review project plans, requirements and specifications
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
- Determine labor and construction equipment costs
- Prepare conceptual estimates

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ years of Drywall Estimating/Project Management experience
- Must have experience on Commercial projects $20M+
- Procore experience required
- EDGE estimating software is ideal but will train someone with QuickBid experience
- Must come from a Drywall Subcontractor or a GC that self-performs Drywall
