Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-time Technical Instructor SME - Radio Frequency Specialist to support a prestigious DoD contract, providing technical equipment training and support for various DoD elements. This is a cleared position based in Fort Washington, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

Provide mentorship, guidance, and instruction to senior military personnel on diverse equipment, technical capabilities, and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of course curriculum and Concepts of Operations.
Conduct training sessions as required, focusing on specialized technical equipment.
Design and deliver technical training at different proficiency levels (novice, apprentice, journeyman, and master) across courses of varying complexity, duration, and frequency.
Qualifications:

Top Secret / SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph.
Experience with technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism objectives.
Proficiency in conducting and documenting site surveys, Operations Security planning and execution, and evaluating building construction techniques.
Minimum 6 years of practical experience and a graduate of the Interagency Training Center's Basic Technical Operations course or equivalent.
Strong background in RF principles including signal analysis, spectrum analyzer operations, receiver design theory, oscilloscope operation, antenna theory, RF safety, modulation techniques, and multiplexing.
Minimum 4 years of applied education and/or training experience teaching adults within the last 10 calendar years.
Active U.S. government issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
Additional Information:

This position may involve travel to CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations.

Salary Range: $77,000 - $163,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
