The Team The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered. Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting - Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow
  • Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration hub
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery a plus
  • Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
  • Proven experience implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application
  • Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
  • Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS
  • Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
  • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
Preferred
  • ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer Certification preferred
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
