We are currently seeking an Experienced Setter with a track record of success in appointment setting, preferably in the door-to-door industry, to help manage and train our Setter team. If you're a beast on the doors, we want to talk to you! Even if you have zero experience in D2D sales, we are looking for a Super-star Setter.
As a Setter, you will help homeowners go solar and eliminate their energy bills for good. With our program and the federal tax credit. The best part is that the homeowner pays no money out of pocket! Every solar job completed is like planting 140 trees per year, so you can feel great about helping the environment while also making great money.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualities
As a Trainer, you will train new reps on the doors through direct-to-home training, and as a Manager, you will set expectations with new hires for specific benchmark/goal attainment opportunities. We offer per-sit pay and install bonuses, and we give you all the tools you need to make $45k-$75k a year starting out, with advancement opportunities and direct sales marketing leadership positions that pay over $150k+ per year.
