Partner closely with Product Development and Management, Technology & Engineering, Loyalty, Marketing, Compliance, Support and Operations teams and provide counsel and advise on a wide variety of complex and developing legal, regulatory and compliance issues in connection with the delivery of companys products. Advise on requirements affecting all stages of a product"s life cycle, including design, development, loyalty programming, e-commerce requirements marketing, public relations, product launch and distribution, and related product regulatory concerns. Ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations and company policy dealing with marketing and advertising compliance, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM and FTC rules regarding misleading claims.
