Henderson Locker has been providing union benefits and community outreach programs to police officers, firefighters, teachers, licensed professionals, and working-class families for over 20 years. We are currently expanding RAPIDLY and hiring qualified candidates into a Benefits Representative position.
Here at the Hender Locker Organization, prior experience is not a requirement. Our focus is to develop representatives who are not only successful, but excited about helping others. Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs of your clients by speaking with them over the phone and online, and qualify them for the proper products offered by us.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
- Be willing to be coachable, and work as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Hold the insurance license required by your state or be willing to obtain one.
- Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
- Have excellent time management skills, thrive in a team environment, and Technology and Computer proficiency.
- Be self-motivated, as well as able to work in a team setting.
