What You’ll Do:
- Utilize departmental reports to help research and identify potential new business opportunities
- Field incoming sales calls to process prospective customer inquiries and distribute inquiries to Production Service Representatives
- Manage small productions under the guidance of Production Service Representatives
- Compile and distribute Daily Call Sheets & Weekly Activities Reports
- Assist Production Services Reps with scouts of studio facilities with prospective clients and existing customers whenever necessary
- Book facility reservations and coordinate scheduling in ScheduAll
- Handle customer inquiries and questions, cross-sell additional studio facilities and services
- Assist Stage and Backlot department with processing payment requests for refunds and departmental services
- Serve as a liaison with internal/external productions and UCS Security
- Review and edit Draft Deal Memos and Department Head Memos for distribution to all departments
- Maintain time sensitive and confidential documentation and information for production
- Coordinate with the Universal theme park to ensure there is accurate daily tram routes throughout the backlot
- Be the liaison between facilities and production for any unforeseen or planned restorations
- Responsible for archiving all files for the department

- Tech-savvy – You are an MS Office whiz and can take on case management software with ease
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, production environment
What Would Make You a Stand-out:
- Strong interest in production environment, logistics, and/or studio operations
- Ability to learn and perform under pressure while also providing white glove treatment to clients
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality with production support software systems
Additional Requirements:
- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
