Harley-Davidson General Sales Manager
There is the potential to earn $175,000.00 annually. Harley-Davidson Sales Management experience is a plus. Must have a proven track record in sales.
Five day work week. Off on Sunday and Monday.

Job Descriptions: - This position oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Motorcycle Sales Department.
- Ensures that the Sales Department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profits.
- Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and customer service programs.
- Determine sales quotas for sales personnel.
- Oversee sales, trade-ins and delivery of all new and used motorcycles.
- Maintains training curriculum for all Sales personnel via HDU Training Portal.
- Submits payroll bi-weekly.
- Creates and distributes department monthly schedules to be included with the dealership master schedule.
- Monitors and approves employees' time sheets.
