Job description
The Grounds Guys of Springfield MO is growing our Christmas Light customer base. We install commercial grade Christmas lights on rooflines, shrubs, bushes, walkways, etc. Our service includes installation of new customers (and next year re-installation of previous years' customers), maintenance during the Nov/Dec period, and removal of the lights and greenery in January.This is a job that has room for several part-time crew members (October 1st - January 30th) and could lead into full time during the next spring thru fall season. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check. Timely attendance every workday is critical. We typically work Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday depending on weather and sales volume.This is an install position and will require climbing on ladders, roofs, and working on the ground around bushes and small trees.
No experience is required but it is helpful. We will train the technical skill of lighting, but you should have the ability to climb ladders and work outdoors. We strive to work in the safest environments possible and will not be climbing ladders poor weather conditions.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
