As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer , you will spearhead the research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing processes and technologies. This pivotal role involves collaborating with internal and external experts to drive significant advancements in our manufacturing techniques, machinery, and product market positioning, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of new equipment and processes, providing comprehensive cost and payback analysis.
• Design and refine manufacturing processes, machines, and operations, ensuring compatibility with new product specifications and optimization for efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process records, documentation, and PLC programs, enhancing the functionality and efficiency of manufacturing operations.
• Drive innovation through research and testing of new processes and technologies, collaborating closely with product development teams.
• Provide leadership and training to technical and maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with expertise in PLC programming and manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, manufacturing practices, and project management, with a strong foundation in machine design and manufacturing process improvement.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working collaboratively across teams.
