What you can expect:
In the Engineering intern position, you will contribute to tasks focused on specific project initiatives, such as mold development and testing support.
Utilize critical thinking skills to plan and coordinate individual activities that contribute to project results.
Gain “Graham Blue” leadership skills and design a personalized fast track career development plan to fill future plant leadership roles.
Presentation of project results and findings to leadership upon completion of internship
Goal of Program:
Partner with Plant and Production Manager to gain knowledge and understanding of injection and blow molding process and assisting plant and corporate engineers on processes and procedures, participate in research, for example time, flow and air studies, to recommend strategic solutions to maximize productivity, decrease downtime, and minimize costs.
What we’re looking for:
Level: Junior, Senior, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (all non-graduating) preferred but open to other Engineering majors
Capable of working in both individual and team settings
Seeking highly energetic, collaborative, and motivated individuals with aspirations of a career in plant leadership
Excellent communication and organizati onal skills
Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:
Graduate with Bachelor’s degree within one to two years of internship
Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
Pass a drug screen and background investigation
