Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a Program Analyst Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience performing support for Federal programs that provide Strategic Communications. The Program Analyst SME will play a pivotal role in analyzing program data, developing communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting programmatic initiatives. Roles and responsibilities:

A Program Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Strategic Communications Support Federal contract supporting a Federal Agency plays a critical role in facilitating effective communication strategies and initiatives. This position combines analytical skills, subject matter expertise, and a deep understanding of strategic communications to contribute to the success of the agency's mission. Here are the key roles and responsibilities associated with this position:

Strategic Communication Planning:

- Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the agency's objectives and messaging goals.

- Analysis of Communication Effectiveness: Conduct assessments and evaluations of communication strategies to ensure their efficiency and impact.

Program Analysis and Evaluation:

- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to assess program performance, analyze data, and derive insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication programs.

Subject Matter Expertise:

- Agency Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Federal Agency's mission, programs, and objectives.

- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in strategic communications, bringing innovative ideas to enhance communication efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Internal and External Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program managers and communication teams, as well as external partners to ensure alignment of messaging.

- Public Relations Support: Assist in managing relationships with external entities such as media, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Communication Material Development:

- Content Creation: Develop high-quality communication materials, including press releases, articles, talking points, and presentations.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all communication materials adhere to agency guidelines, branding standards, and legal requirements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ethical Standards: Uphold ethical communication standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks to communication initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate and address them.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status and effectiveness of communication initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
