YOUR DAY

In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise workshop facilitators and trainers, overseeing the implementation and adaptation of hard skills and work readiness curriculum. With your expertise, you will ensure the effective execution of the workshop curriculum, including the administration of industry-recognized credential exams and other assessments of readiness, aptitude, and skill evaluations of participants. You will have the important responsibility of providing instruction and guidance to program participants. This position will offer you the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of others!

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field as well as 1+ years of supervisory experience OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience
• 4+ years of experience as an instructor
• Familiarity with Certiport, AHLEI, OSHA, or another industry-recognized exam proctoring software
