The Opportunity
Our location in Irving, TX currently has an opportunity for a Sr. Technical Trainer.
What You’ll Work On
- Prepares for and conducts technical product and diagnostic tools training programs for service employees.
- Conducts instructor-led and virtual classroom training according to established instructional standards, programs, and methods.
- Practices good classroom management techniques to handle a variety of classroom situations.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training.
- Performs periodic review of overall effectiveness of product training program for continuous improvements.
- Completes all administrative aspects of the job accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the training content development and criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training.
- Participates in, and may serve as team lead on, special assignments/ projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design
Minimum 2 years In medical device industry or other FDA regulated industry experience. - Strong knowledge/understanding/work with a learning management system.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
Experience utilizing word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Knowledge and Technical Field Service Expertise.
- Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning a plus.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise and strong PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of working with a learning management system.

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
