A leading tech company is seeking a Quant UX Researcher. The successful candidate will be analyzing the different datasets in Azure to identify user behavior and business opportunities with other Quant and Qual UX researchers. . The ideal candidate possesses advanced skills in navigating complex and unstructured datasets, as well as running queries to identify patterns of customer behavior, and connecting them to gaps in customer experience and opportunities. Quant UX Researcher Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment
Quant UX Researcher Responsibilities:
- Analyze the different datasets in Azure to identify user behavior and business opportunities with other Quant and Qual UX researchers.
- Collaborate with other researchers, data scientists, and PMs to discuss your findings and surface the best opportunities.
- Investigate telemetry questions around product and user behavior.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to help researchers understand customer behavior.
Quant UX Researcher Qualifications:
- 3+ years related experience required.
- BA or MA/MS in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Data Science, or a related field; or the equivalent in work experience.
- Experience with Kusto Query language, Azure Data Explorer, and Power BI.
- Experience in Cloud Computing (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with Data AI platform.
- Experience with data visualization (Microsoft software preferred).
- Driving, organizing, and delivering quant UX Research.
- Proficiency in Query Language (SQL, KQL, or Python).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
