Front Desk Administrator-Laguna Med Spa

We are actively seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator and Content Creator. Our devoted team of highly trained experts is dedicated to delivering top-tier services in the beauty industry, all within a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing environment. As the Front Desk Admin and Content Creator, you will be a crucial asset to our operations, managing diverse administrative responsibilities, crafting engaging content for our social media platforms, and providing invaluable support to our service providers. Responsibilities:

-Greet and check-in clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

-Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries.

-Maintain spreadsheets and utilize Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications for data entry and administrative tasks.

-Create engaging and visually appealing social media stories and reels to promote our spa

  services and products.

-Assist service providers with turning over and sanitizing treatment rooms.

-Manage client treatment notes and ensure accurate documentation.

-Handle laundry tasks to maintain a clean and organized spa environment.

-Capture high-quality photos of our spa facilities, services, and products.

-Provide support with errands outside of the spa as needed.

 

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications, including Excel, Word, and   Outlook.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

-Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Wednesday: 9:15 AM to 6:30 PM

Friday: 9:15 AM to 4:30 PM

Saturday: 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM
