Job Title: Technical Advisor

Job Summary:

Join us as a Technical Advisor in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (OUSD P&R) and its strategic partners, where you'll leverage your expertise to enhance military readiness, support personnel, and drive innovation. The OUSD P&R presents an exhilarating environment dedicated to enhancing military readiness, supporting personnel and their families, and fostering innovation to address complex challenges facing our nation's defense.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing analysis and resource management support to OUSD(P&R) for the Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) system process to include program development, coordination of annual budget submissions and execution activities to include data input, tracking and reporting in various formats, unfunded requirement coordination and tracking, and program assessment
• Supporting customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) processes within OUSD

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation of Agile software development
• Expertise in Air Force or Air Force or similar federal agency financial management policies, processes, and procedures
• Knowledge of table structures, functionality, and advanced troubleshooting skills in Oracle eBS and related support applications

Desired:

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional certification in a relevant field

Work Setting and Environment:

• Monday - Friday, normal working hours
• Work is to be performed remotely
