Position: Multi-Modality Radiologic Technologist
Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201
Start Date: 2/19/2024
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Varied
Shift Notes: Saturday/Sunday 7a-11.30p and Monday 3p-11.30p 40hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On-Call Requirements: On-Call Possible
COVID Vaccination: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing, please include the traveler's COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission.
Travel Policy: RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).To avoid delays in processing, please provide a perm address at upload/submission.
AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR THE INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO THE PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
