Strong background in bookkeeping, solid understanding of both accounting and cost accounting concepts
Strong skills in Excel are required
Proficient in the use of accounting software
Possess exceptional organizational skills & ability to multi-task and work independently
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Logistics experience (Plus)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
Check invoices, process accounts payable and other journal entries
Process sales transactions and follow up on accounts receivable
Help part of logistical works, data entry, preparing pick tickets, BOLs, labels, scanning documents, and record keeping
Administrative tasks like receiving mail and purchasing supplies, etc
Handle other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned
