Job description
The Inside Sales position is responsible for achieving sales revenue and profits for Videndum Inc. by working with a defined list of channel partners, System Integrators and Rental Houses in the defined territory (EAST or West) in the US. The key to success in Inside Sales involves maintaining intensive contact with our network through phone and email communication, as well as developing and launching well-thought-out email campaigns via Sales Engagement Software targeting different markets and/or products. Additionally, this role includes identifying gaps within our partner network and collaborating with the Channel Sales Manager US to optimize channel performance within the territory. The Inside Sales/Sales Engagement Manager represents the full range of company products and services and engages with the Videndum channel network throughout the entire sales cycle.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Works closely with US Channel Sales Managers, Strategic Sales Managers and channel partners to achieve revenue goals in the territory which includes the US.
- Optimizing in collaboration with the US Channel Sales Manager our partners network.
- Daily contact with accounts in VPS channel network
- Uses SalesForce cadences (Sales Engagement Software) to reach out to partners and end-customers to generate demand.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Develop sales plans to meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinates with the RSM in selling through partner organizations to end users.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm’s sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Follows up on Leads produced from Events/Shows
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Enlists the support of RSM, sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Produces sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Maintains prospect and customer communication records in SalesForce.
- Reports quarterly goals aligned to overall corporate and regional objectives.
- Monitors and reports regional market trends & identifies new market potentials.
- Participates in the design of the regional marketing tools.
- Represents the company professionally, ethically and morally at all times.
- Achieves technical knowledge and applications on all product lines.
- Other jobs/tasks as assigned by your direct manager.

Knowledge and Skills:
Essential:
- Passion for selling market leading products via phone and digitally into the Medias Industry
- Excellent time management, territory management and presentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office and other sales tools (SalesForce)
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in engaging, designing and delivering sales enablement plans for the channel.
- Experience in commercial focused email campaigns
- Knowledge of sales & territory management functions through channel partners
- Professional approach
- Attention to detail ability.
- An understanding of own limitations with regards to safety of self and others, especially in connection with maintenance duties.
Desirable:
- Knowledge/Relationships with existing VPS channel partners in territory
- Understanding of existing VPS Brands and Product line-up
- Multilingual English/Portuguese
Education and Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent
Entry level with Prior Sales Internship or job experience preferred
Travel Requirements: Inside sales support position to balance account management of US time Zones, occasional travel to visit customers and shows. Potentially 15% Travel (1-2 times a month).
