Job description
Do you have prior experience in customer service, working with inventory, or scheduling appointments? Do you desire to work for one of the largest and most respected privately owned corporations in the world? This 3-month+ contract (possibility to transition permanently for the talent that exceeds expectations) opportunity is made for the customer service-focused, communicating, detail-loving, task-following, numbers lover, ultimate team player! You will be responsible for scheduling inventory being delivered to plants, handling any issues, and calculating different benchmarking numbers. This opportunity is 100% onsite in downtown Wichita. You will be working with a variety of departments and be immersed in a great environment!
salary: $15 - $15.7 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Support the Inventory Control and Order Scheduling department of a large, respected Global Corporation
- Schedule product being delivered to the plants
- Interact with internal business partners, business owners, corporations, and transportation companies
- Utilize computer software and Microsoft Office Suite to manipulate large amounts of data
- Audit billing information and invoices
- Input data corrections into databases and Excel spreadsheet
- Work 100 percent onsite to interact with your team members and to be in a position to back each other's desk loads
The essential functions of this role include:
