Customer Care Coordinator Hybrid (1x/Month In-Office) Temp to Hire $17/hr Full-Time (10AM-6:30PM; 11AM-7:30PM) Malvern, PA

A 2-3 week paid training program is provided-- next class begins April 1st.

A Day in the Life of the Customer Care Coordinator
Provide contact center-based support via Inbound Automated Call Distribution (ACD) Telephone
Assist healthcare professionals, patients, and their caregivers to coordinate treatments for patients traveling
Coordinate new locations for patients in case of emergencies to continue treatments

Requirements of the Customer Care Coordinator position
Aptitude to handle high-volume calls
Empathetic and attentive listener
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
MS Office experience
