Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and evaluating patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to travel and work in various locations
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of assignment: 13 weeks

Hour Per week: 32hrs

Pay Rate: $1280-$1472 weekly based on experience

Bonus: $200 one time payment (on 2nd or 3rd paycheck)

Shift & Time: 1 Shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years

License Required: RN License
