Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting The Senior Accountant of Financial Reporting spearheads the planning and preparation of all financial reporting requirements. This role is also responsible for assisting International Accounting Function with statutory and lender-required audits. This Senior Accountant will work on a
hybrid schedule (home/office) and report to the Manager of Financial Reporting.
Primary Responsibilities - Prepares quarterly financial statements and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Assists in the creation of the monthly reporting package, including performing various analytical reviews, and prepares monthly ad-hoc reports.
- Coordinates with internal parties including Tax, GL and International Accounting as well as external parties including external auditors, local third-party accountants, and other advisors, as needed.
- Participates in the implementation of new reporting standards in compliance with both. U.S. GAAP & IFRS.
- Performs technical accounting research and assists in the drafting of technical accounting memos as needed.
- Assists in the preparation of financial statements for joint venture.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communications, both written and verbal, in leading teams and coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects/issues to closure.
- Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes/quality of deliverables.
- Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
- Superb ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance/input from peers.

- Strong attention to detail.
Experience/Education - Financial reporting experience.
- 3+ years of related public and/or corporate accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Strong excel skills.

EdgeConneX offers a competitive benefits package. The preferred pay range for this position is $100,000 to 105,000. Compensation will be finalized after consideration of the successful applicant’s prior work experience, education level and relevant education, and unique skills.
