Responsibilities:

- Conducting psychiatric clinical research trials as the Principal Investigator, or Sub-Investigator

- Leading and overseeing all aspects of the research process, including study design, participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including physicians, scientists, and research coordinators

- Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and study protocols

- Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to research staff

- Participating in scientific conferences and staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field

Qualifications/Experience:

- Possessing a valid M.D. or D.O. degree

- Board Certification in psychiatry or in the process of obtaining

- Active DEA license or ability to obtain one

- Active license to practice medicine in Florida or the ability to obtain one immediately

- 1 to 3 years of experience conducting psychiatric clinical research trials as either a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator, or prior experience in relevant clinical research roles is preferred

Skills:

- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills

- Proficiency in research methodologies and statistical analysis

- Strong organizational/time management abilities

- Strong interpersonal skills/leadership skills/self-motivated/high personal integrity/ethics

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
