Job description

Summary:

The Management Trainee position is an entry-level training position. Under the supervision of a direct manager, the primary responsibility is to learn the basic principles of the transportation industry. The position is also an opportunity to work in several different departments to learn the business inside and out.

This position is designed to be a one year training program, but could be longer depending on the circumstances at the time.

Essential Duties:

· Maintains current and accurate data within the company's business systems

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (Accounting, IT, Business, Marketing, Communication, or Humanities degrees preferred)

· Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Must have positive, can-do attitude and a curious mind

· Must have strong work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed

· Have the ability to travel to various locations as needed for extended periods of time

Work Environment:

The employee will be exposed to moving parts and electrical current. Exposed also to grease, chemicals, dust, dirt, and the heat and cold of the outdoors.
