Description:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will oversee agile pods across Citi, addressing backlog data concerns, identifying root causes, leading design solutions, and implementing changes. The role involves pulling resources from Finance, Risk, Tech Partners, etc., managing meetings, ensuring daily progress, tracking and documenting progress, managing implementation solutions, reports, and assuming the Scrum Master role.

- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies:
- Scrum calls (Daily)
- Sprint planning (Once a Sprint)
- Retrospect (Once A Sprint) - TPMs to lead.
Lead the Permits for Design, Build, and Deploy Lead Jira usage in a Scaled Agile manner Update the PBWMT PTS with weekly RAG status at Project and Milestone level. Highlight any risks and blockers for delivery and create mitigation plans. Maintain the project status in Jira and Slide decks! Lead multiple stakeholders calls at Tower & Workstream level. Ensure accountability for deliverables at all stages of delivery! Start, maintain, and close the Sprint on time! Follow Citi Agile practices and Unified calendar. Work with TAM and keep track of clocking hours by team members. Resource balancing Team harmony Participate in Release activities. Assist others in the group with any tasks. Involve in architecture discussions and Design, contribute to the solution, and challenge the status quo! Contribute towards reduction or elimination of technical Debt. Work with finance on budget and forecast. Complete grassroots understanding of Jira usage at the field level and the process flow. Implement Citi Agile practices boldly. Own Sprint Level metrics - Success Rate (>=90%) & Churn Rate (+/- 5%) Responsible from cradle to grave for the assigned project (PTS#) in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
