Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Pool and Recreation Asst. Manager, the Pool and Recreation Attendant ensures quality guest service for the recreational clientele.
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State law and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Collects soiled linens and replenishes area with fresh supplies.
• Performs cleaning duties to ensure the pool and all recreational areas are kept sanitary and safe.
• Responsible for notifying the Pool and Recreation Asst. Manager for all out of order recreational equipment.
• Gives basic instructions on recreational equipment as requested by guest.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Other duties as assigned.
