Job description
Overview: CDT is seeking to add a customer focused part-time Office Administrator to join our team onsite in St. Petersburg , FL.
Clearance Requirements: No clearance is required. Be able to pass a 7-year background test.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Effectively manage the coordination of shipping and receiving materials is crucial in this role.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointment, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Responsible for purchasing food and drink to keep the kitchen/break room stocked, ordering team meals.
- Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Make copies, collate, and general filing or records management as necessary.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Package/Letter mailings via FedEx, USPS, UPS.
- Facility maintenance requests through the building management portal.
- General office cleaning (i.e., keeping things organized, taking out trash, etc.)
- Other general assistant type duties as requested by the leadership team.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft application.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs +
