HR Call Center Specialist

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle emails through the workflow process with a tight timeline
• Scan documents
• Handle members questions in a timely manner
• Use workflow software, Knowledge base software and case management software to conduct business for Tier 1 services.
• Contractors will additionally be trained on the utilization of GEMS (a Department of State PeopleSoft product)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Training on other IT tools will be provided as needed, but contractors will be expected to already have a strong competency on MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Work experience in the Federal human resources field
• Knowledge of the various laws, regulations, polices, and processes that affect the delivery of human resources operations, particularly in a highly technological environment.
• Candidates shall possess experience in the human resources management field and be proficient in various contact center workflow software and computer tools

Required Education & Certifications:

BA/BS Degree - Preferred

Clearance: Secret
