Job description
Join the team as an experienced Producer, guiding the journey of a highly awaited title from concept to release. You will collaborate with the talented production team, manage resources, and ensure open communication with stakeholders. Become part of launching one of the most anticipated first-person shooters.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify critical development risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive results.
- Manage bug assignments, prioritize tasks, and track progress with the project team and QA.
- Allocate resources to ensure smooth sprint and milestone completions.
- Align strategic goals with tactical measures in collaboration with development leadership.
- Lead the development process from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary scheduling and planning efforts with production colleagues.
- Support development team members to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 5 years of experience in game development with at least one released title.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding team members toward common goals.
- Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proven track record as a Producer within the video game industry, showcasing successful project delivery from inception to launch.
- Enthusiasm for gaming coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the development process, spanning art, design, and engineering domains.
NICE TO HAVE - Prior experience in first-person shooter game development is highly desirable.
