Bustos Capital is looking for a part-time Onsite Manager in its self-storage division. Our ideal candidate is punctual, mature, honest, hardworking, takes pride in their work and appearance, and has high attention to detail. Schedule: • Part-Time / 12-15 hours a week • Mon - Friday Responsibilities: • Daily inspection of the property, morning and evening • Ensure all units are locked properly • Maintain a clean appearance of the facility • Blowing all asphalt to maintain cleanliness (commercial blower provided) • Greet and interact with tenants in a positive and friendly manner • Show units and property to prospective tenants when necessary • Meet contractors onsite • Follow up with management on special projects/tasks Qualifications: • Responsible • High attention to detail • Punctual/timeliness • Honesty and integrity • Pride in ownership and appearance • Organized • Manage heavy equipment. • Excellent communication skills • MUST LIVE WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE FACILITY About Company: OUR COMPANY CULTURE “Culture cannot be described in one or two words.
