What You'll Do:

As a Finance Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the accuracy of invoices, deductions, and paybacks submitted for payment.
- Processing invoices meticulously, cross-referencing with our Purchase Order system, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Proactively identifying and addressing vendor issues to minimize disputes and optimize processes.
- Conducting thorough research and reconciliation of purchases, inventory, and adjustments.
- Monitoring vendor debit balances and actively participating in resolving payment issues.
- Collaborating with priority vendors and facilitating discussions to address concerns effectively.
- Assisting in the resolution of expense invoice exceptions and ensuring timely processing.
- Contributing to merger and acquisition payables integration and supporting offshore operations through quality control measures.
- Handling internal check processing reconciliations and actively contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring to the Table:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in accounts payable processes and familiarity with related systems.
- Keen attention to detail and a knack for meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical skills and a fundamental understanding of accounting processes.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of AP processes with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
