Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough assessments devising care plans implementing them and evaluating patient progress
Administering medications and prescribed treatments with precision
Monitoring vital signs and diligently documenting patient observations
Collaborating seamlessly with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Educating patients and families about their conditions treatments and selfcare practices
Maintaining precise medical records and reports
Reacting efficiently and effectively in emergency situations
Adhering strictly to hospital policies procedures and infection control protocols
Committing to ongoing education and training for professional growth
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one before starting
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
A BLS certificate is required
Prior experience in acute care settings is highly advantageous
Demonstrated proficiency in nursing principles practices and techniques
Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
