INTRODUCTION:
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a growing South Bay Aerospace company to hire various production positions. Positions are full-time contract-to-hire positions that will include the client company’s benefits when candidates become permanent employees of the client company.
JOB TITLE: Electrical Assembly / Electro-Mechanical Assembly JOB DESCRIPTION: Electrical Assembler duties include crimping, soldering, and wire routing for cable, wire harness and Electro-mechanical fabrication in accordance with manufacturing procedures as approved by the FAA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Ability to use AMP, D.M.C and Molex hand crimpers and/or Crimping machines to meet or exceed IPC-620 guidelines.
- Ability to solder through-hole (thru-hole) PC boards and D-subminiature connectors.
- Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention methods and IPC-620 guidelines for electronics manufacturing acceptance/defect criteria.
- Use signal generators, oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and other test equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances.
- Use calipers and basic measuring tools.
- Full compliance with Adecco’s client company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: - Aerospace experience is a big plus.
- Will train candidates with related experience, for example, Automotive, Medical Device, Computer, and Audio/Visual Equipment manufacturing and repair.
- Basic mathematics skills including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra for calculating material fabrication.

PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $27.50/hour
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.50 per hour
