Job description

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or in a similar role. Solid background in manufacturing (MFG) and experience in the aviation industry. Familiarity with Quantum ERP or ERP/Accounting systems; hands-on experience is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting methodologies. Proven experience in achieving successful monthly closings and cleaning up financial books. A solid business background with the ability to comprehend and navigate complex business structures. Great and willing "can-do" attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools, as well as spreadsheet applications.
