Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards
- Manage the organization's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Accounting or Finance Experience (5 years)
- QuickBooks and ADP Experience
- Strong Accounting Skills (Determined by an Assessment)
- Knowledge of Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Leadership and Team Management Skills
