Job description

Novant Health Maplewood Family Medicine is currently recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their practice located in Winston-Salem, NC. The practice has been providing care for 43 years. The office is open Monday-Thursday, 7 am-7 pm, Friday, 7 am-5 pm and Saturday, 8 am-12 pm providing quality care that encompasses a patient's total health needs, from birth through adulthood. Our team includes 8 Family Medicine physicians and 8 APPs. Call is one in 8 and also includes a Care Connect Nurse triage program, so call is minimal. Average patient panel is anticipated to be 20 per day, per provider. Lab and x-ray services are done on-site.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
