Members join to meet new people, forge new connections, and find new common ground. Common House Chattanooga also offers hotel rooms for members and guests.
In this position you will:

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members and guests.
• Answer calls as needed.
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the club including but not limited to light housekeeping and laundry.
• Deliver prompt, efficient customer service.
• Other administrative and light duties as assigned.

This position is full-time and includes overnight hours. Ability to be on call is a must.
