Job description
RED has a client looking to hire a Test Automation Engineer for a 9+ month contract with high chance of extension based on performance. This is a hybrid role based out of Hesston, KS. This person will have primary responsibility for test design and creation of the test script for use with the HIL (hardware-in-loop) and contribute to the assembly of the electronics of a next generation HIL.

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Agricultural, Computer, Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent relevant experience
* Proven experience in developing hardware-in-the-loop systems for testing and validation.
* Proficiency in Python programming language.
* Understanding of vehicle communication systems (CAN, Ethernet, LIN) and Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)
