Pay Range: $42 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Client oncology drug discovery projects.
- The successful candidate should possess strong technical skills (experimental design, execution, analysis, and troubleshooting).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or MS degree with 3+ years or PHD with 1 year of relevant experience within laboratory and industry, preferably in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Pharmacology, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- Candidate must have strong technical skills in mammalian cell culture, and cell-based assay development using cell lines and primary cells.
- Do not need extensive experience with primary cells for this level.
- Candidate must have diverse laboratory experience which includes, but is not limited to, molecular biology, flow cytometry, and/or immunological-based assays (e.g. MSD, ELISA, WB).
- Working with Human/primate tissue and blood is nice to have.
- Preferred Experience and Skills:- Experience with antibody drug conjugates(Client) preferred.
- Quantitative flow cytometry is preferred.
- Antibody Internalization Assays is preferred.
- Software:-Candidate must be competent with data analysis and reporting tools such as GraphPad Prism(Preferred), FlowJo, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Electronic lab notebook.
- Personality:Able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, eager to learn, positive attitude and excel in a highly collaborative cross-functional team environment.
