We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our Adolescent Residential Program. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Record meeting minutes
- Schedule appointments
- File documents

Requirements:
- Minimum one year office administrative support experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills (verbal and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills, including professional and pleasant telephone skills
- Must be skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
